Are you ready to make your mark in one of the UK’s most ambitious residential development programmes? We’re working exclusively with a leading Residential Construction Organisation to find a Health & Safety Construction Advisor to support complex construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent, site-based position with 1 day per week working from home.

You’ll work across in-house developments and joint venture schemes, typically RC frame, high-rise, and traditional builds, while being part of a respected and growing corporate H&S team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advise across a mix of development projects ranging from traditional build through to high-rise RC frame projects.
  • Carry out audits, inspections, investigations, and RAMS reviews.
  • Engage directly with site teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive compliance with CDM regs, HSE legislation, and internal safety standards.
  • Promote a positive safety culture while being empowered to challenge, educate, and lead.

What we’re looking for:

  • NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate (or equivalent), Tech IOSH or above (actively maintaining CPD).
  • Strong knowledge of RC frame, High Rise Construction, Cladding, or Construction.
  • Experience working across multi-site construction environments.
  • Able to influence site behaviours with confidence and empathy.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CSCS card.
