Looking for a Health and Safety role where you can make a real impact across live construction projects? We're working with a growing construction contractor looking to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor to support multiple new build retail projects across the South East. This is a hands-on position where you'll spend your time on site, working closely with project teams to maintain high health and safety standards and drive a positive safety culture. The business has an established Health and Safety Manager and external support already in place. They're now looking for someone who can be on the ground, visiting sites, identifying issues, supporting site teams and ensuring actions are completed.

The role:
- Carry out regular site inspections and audits
- Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support site management with health and safety advice
- Promote a positive health and safety culture
- Assist with investigations, reporting and compliance
About you:
- You'll ideally have NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
- Around 1-3 years' health and safety experience within construction
- Good communication skills and confidence working with site teams
- A proactive approach to solving problems
- A full UK driving licence
