About the Role
This is your chance to take ownership of building safety across a diverse and growing portfolio. Reporting to the Operations Lead and working closely with property managers, residents, freeholders, and the Building Safety Regulator, you'll be working with trusted internal & external experts ensuring compliance and driving a culture of safety across the business. Your work will be vital in making sure these buildings and the people living in them are protected, informed, and heard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and maintain Building Safety Cases & submit Safety Case Reports to the BSR
- Work directly with freeholders, residents, and the Regulator of Building Safety
- Lead compliance efforts under the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety (England) Regs, and RRFSO
- Support the PM team to ensure correct documentation on property safety & compliance is maintained.
- Train and upskill colleagues, championing a safety-first mindset throughout the business
- Continuously review and improve internal safety procedures and policies
