We're looking for an experienced Finance Operations Assistant to join our fast‑paced, friendly finance team. If you've worked in AP, AR or Cashiering and want a role with variety, ownership and impact, this is for you.
What you'll do:
- Process AP invoices, credit notes and payment runs
- Handle vendor queries and complete AP reconciliations
- Allocate customer payments and manage Direct Debits
- Produce statements and support credit control
- Post and reconcile daily cash book transactions
- Process refunds and weekly expenses
- Support the wider admin team when needed
What you'll bring:
- Experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Strong AP and/or Cashiering knowledge
- Confident with ERP/accounting systems and Excel
- High accuracy, organisation and a proactive mindset
- Clear communication and ability to work under pressure
