We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.

As our Restaurant Manager you'll lead the day-to-day running of the restaurant, making sure our guests receive a warm welcome and consistently high standards of service.

You'll be present with your team, leading by example and creating an environment where colleagues feel supported and take pride in what they do.

You'll take responsibility for the performance of the restaurant, looking for opportunities to drive revenue while managing costs and maintaining high standards.

You'll also oversee rotas and support the recruitment, training and development of your team, helping them grow in confidence and deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

You'll also support our Events team on occasion, working together to help deliver memorable experiences for our conference and event guests.

  • You'll have previous restaurant management or supervisory experience, ideally within a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
  • You'll be a confident and supportive leader who enjoys developing a team and bringing out the best in others.
  • You'll be guest focused, with a warm and engaging approach and a great eye for detail.
  • You'll be well organised and comfortable managing rotas and the changing priorities of a busy restaurant.
  • You have a good understanding of driving revenue, managing costs and maintaining high standards of service and performance.

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
