Responsibilities
- Support the Exec / Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Help create and develop new dishes and menus
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality food within your section
- Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
- Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
- A strong team player who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
- Great attention to detail and consistently high standards
