Join the team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Mortimer as a Guest Relations Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality from the moment our guests arrive. As the Guest Relations Manager, you will act as a visible and welcoming host in the lobby - building genuine connections, proactively gathering feedback and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You'll play a key role in continuously enhancing the guest experience, creating memorable moments and positive stays from arrival through to departure.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the hotel and act as a friendly and visible host in the lobby.
- Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences.
- Encourage and gather feedback from guests throughout their stay.
- Investigate and respond to guest comments and reviews, whether received in person, via email or online.
- Work closely with departments across the hotel.
- Share feedback and insights with the wider team to help continually improve the guest experience.

This is a full‑time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include earlies from 7am‑3:30pm, lates from 2pm‑10:30pm and middle shifts from 9am‑5:30pm – to include weekends.
