Overview
As the Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive you will review all enquiries that were either denied by the hotel or booker with the aim to create new bespoke proposals and proactively convert them into future bookings. Through speaking to clients, arranging site visits or conducting virtual tours, you will proactively convert key event business of all sizes with possible revenues of up to £1million.

Qualifications
- You have experience working as part of an events sales or planning team in a hotel or venue where you regularly conducted sales appointments and show rounds
- You have a confident approach and are able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with clients and colleagues through your excellent communication skills
- You are experienced using IT software – familiarity with Opera software would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided
- Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered
De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. A hotel of this size means we have a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, so we regularly host some pretty incredible conferences, events and weddings.
