As a Spa Receptionist at De Vere Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire, you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive in the Spa. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure our Spa guests and members have a 5-star experience.
Training will be provided to ensure you have a full knowledge of all the spa treatments and services on offer, to be able to answer all enquiries efficiently, but a keen interest in spa and wellness will help to ensure you enjoy this role. This is a 30-hour a week contract, which includes shifts between 07:30 to 16:00 & 12:30 to 21:00.
Responsibilities:- A warm and welcoming approach and the ability to deliver high standards of customer service
- An excellent telephone manner
- Great organisation skills in order to arrange the Spa Therapist's schedules
- £12.85 per hour
