We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham, supporting our Restaurant & Bar operations. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department. Remaining hands‑on during service, you'll help create memorable guest experiences, support and develop the team, and ensure high standards are consistently delivered across both the Restaurant & Bar operations. This is a part‑time role working 20 hours per week, with shifts varying in line with business needs. Weekend working is included on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment, with a passion for delivering high standards of service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support, motivate and develop a team
- A positive and proactive approach, with the confidence to lead by example during service
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast‑paced environment
- A keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to a high standard

Location & Commute
De Vere Latimer Estate has 205 bedrooms, 27 meeting and event spaces plus 30 acres of land for team building, a restaurant, bar, gym and swimming pool. We are just 5 minutes from J18 of the M25, and are also close to public transport in the surrounding area, including Chalfont and Latimer station, making us accessible from Hemel Hempstead, Watford and High Wycombe.
