De Vere Horsley Estate in East Horsley is looking for a Night Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the overnight operation runs smoothly, attending to the safety and comfort of our guests and colleagues, and maintaining our high standards of service.
As the Night Manager you will look after our guests and the venue between the hours of 10.30pm and 7am, 5 nights out of 7 each week. You will complete the night audit, ensure that housekeeping night schedules are completed on time and as per company standards, complete venue walkarounds throughout the night ensuring security and safety, and deal with any issues arising during the night. You will be on duty with at least one other member of the nights team and our events team members will often be on site until the early hours of the morning when we have weddings/events taking place.
Key Requirements
- Experience working during night hours and a suitable lifestyle.
- Hospitality experience or a guest-focused service role.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high standards of service.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and manual handling regulations.
- Confidence in working at night in a large venue with a small team.
