As a Conference & Events Coordinator, you will convert enquiries into bookings, showcase our venue through showrounds, and help clients plan every detail of their event. You will work as part of our busy events planning team, effectively communicating client requirements to our operational team who will then run the events on the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert enquiries into bookings and showcase the venue through showrounds.
  • Assist clients in planning event details and coordinate with the operational team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous event planning/co-ordination experience or relevant qualification.
  • Passion for events and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Confidence in using IT software; familiarity with Opera software is a plus but not essential.
  • Shared values such as warmth, genuine approach, and attention to detail.
