Responsibilities
- Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality.
- Support and mentor Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented brigade.
- Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment.
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards.
- Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
