Step into the role of Senior Project Executive and play a crucial part in supporting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to deliver outstanding events across the UK and international markets. What You'll Be Doing
- You will be responsible for event enquiries, planning, organising, and managing your time effectively to complete proposals for specific events and projects within agreed deadlines.
- You will provide operational support, including conducting inspections and offering onsite management as required to ensure successful event delivery.
- You will support the planning and execution of events and projects in collaboration with the wider team, both in the UK and overseas.
- You will build and maintain excellent working relationships with key partners, including clients, suppliers, and partner companies.
- You will support venue sourcing and liaison, coordinate options, and confirm dates and release periods as needed.
- You will assist with logistics, including liaising with DMCs, coordinating ground programme planning, and managing offsite venue and entertainment selection.
- You will assist with event finance and administration, including developing budgets, managing invoices, generating reports, updating event websites and booking flights.
- You will conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement, whilst supporting Health & Safety and other event documentation.
What We're Looking For
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; foreign language skills are an advantage.
- You have proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in a fast‐paced agency or similar environment, working on corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and incentive trips.
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, and have experience with event management platforms such as Cvent.
- You have excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and colleagues alike.
- You have strong communication skills and are ready to develop your negotiation abilities.
- You are a creative thinker, able to support the conception and delivery of solutions across a wide range of industries and audiences.
- You possess sound knowledge and insight to help clients realise their vision and objectives.
- You excel at multi‐tasking and time management, efficiently handling concurrent tasks and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have the right to work in the UK.
