Role Description
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking skills and a deep understanding of the event industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing and new client relationships plus working with the Operations and Productions team on event planning, and ensuring client satisfaction. No day will be the same!
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Experience in the Event Management industry, including trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AV & Production and Incentive Travel is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, project management)
