The Role:

  • Lead and manage the Social Science team, with a particular focus on Psychology and Sociology.
  • Develop and deliver an engaging, ambitious and inclusive curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and ensure high achievement across KS4 and KS5.
  • Cultivate a love for social sciences and critical thinking through classroom teaching and enrichment.
  • Support and mentor departmental colleagues, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
