We are seeking a motivated and experienced Head of Social Science to lead our thriving Psychology and Sociology department. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher and ambitious leader ready to shape a forward-thinking curriculum and inspire students at both GCSE and A-Level.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the Social Science team, with a particular focus on Psychology and Sociology.
- Develop and deliver an engaging, ambitious and inclusive curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and ensure high achievement across KS4 and KS5.
- Cultivate a love for social sciences and critical thinking through classroom teaching and enrichment.
