This is a pivotal role at the heart of our inclusion team, ensuring that every pupil with special educational needs receives exceptional support and personalised learning pathways.\\n\\nYou will play a central role in shaping our SEND provision, supporting staff, working with families, and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning—academically, socially, and emotionally.\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who strives for excellence and believes deeply in the potential of every child.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead and develop outstanding SEND provision across the school\\n\\nProvide expert support for students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and other complex needs\\n\\nCoordinate EHCP processes and ensure high-quality, personalised support plans\\n\\nWork closely with leadership teams, teachers, parents, and external agencies\\n\\nSupport and coach staff to deliver inclusive, differentiated teaching\\n\\nMonitor pupil progress and implement effective interventions\\n\\nSafeguard and champion the wellbeing of vulnerable learners\\n\\nEnsure the school meets statutory SEND requirements and maintains exceptional practice\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe are looking for a SENCO who is:\\n\\n✔ Qualified\\n\\nHolds the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCo)\\n\\nQTS/QTLS essential\\n\\n✔ Experienced\\n\\nProven experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other complex needs\\n\\nStrong understanding of behaviour support, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed practice\\n\\n✔ Passionate & Child-Centred\\n\\nBelieves every pupil deserves the chance to succeed\\n\\nBuilds positive relationships and promotes inclusion and resilience\\n\\n✔ A Strong Leader\\n\\nAble to inspire staff, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively\\n\\nConfident in liaising with parents, carers, local authorities, and external specialists\\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\nA welcoming and supportive leadership team\\n\\nA genuine commitment to SEND excellence and whole-school inclusion\\n\\nHigh-quality CPD and opportunities for further training\\n\\nA diverse community where every day brings new rewards\\n\\nThe chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people\\n\\nHow to Apply\\n\\nIf you are a passionate, skilled, and committed SENCO ready to empower young people and lead exceptional SEND provision, we would be delighted to receive your application
