The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the school s extensive grounds, gardens, sports areas, and outdoor facilities to an exceptional standard.

Key
Responsibilities: Maintain the school grounds, lawns, gardens, sports pitches, and external areas to a high standard.
Carry out general grounds maintenance duties including mowing, strimming, edging, pruning, planting, weeding, and seasonal work.
Assist with the preparation and upkeep of sports pitches and playing surfaces.
Operate grounds maintenance machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain pathways, car parks, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
Support landscaping projects and improvements across the school site.
Assist the Estates team with general site duties and preparation for school events when required.
Follow all health and safety procedures and school policies.
