The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to lead on all aspects of student recruitment, brand development, and external engagement. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic marketing and recruitment plan that attracts high-quality applicants and strengthens the college’s presence across the local area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the college’s marketing, branding, and student recruitment strategy
  • Plan and deliver targeted campaigns across digital, print, and social media
  • Manage open events, school liaison activities, and outreach programmes
  • Build strong relationships with feeder schools and community organisations
  • Analyse recruitment data and market trends to inform strategy
  • Oversee content creation, including prospectuses, website updates, and promotional materials
  • Support senior leadership with communications and external engagement
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms

About You

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will have:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, recruitment, or outreach (education sector experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills
