About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our committed pastoral team. This key role focuses on supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and personal development, ensuring that all students are able to thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with Heads of Year, senior leaders, and external agencies, the Pastoral Manager will play a vital role in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day pastoral support for a designated year group
  • Monitor and improve student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour
  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to provide targeted support
  • Contribute to safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Support the implementation of behaviour policies and restorative practices
  • Maintain accurate records and track student progress and interventions

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting
