We are seeking an ambitious, passionate, and inspiring Head of Social Science to lead and develop our Social Science department. About the Role
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Social Science department (e.g. Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, and related subjects)
- Lead on curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance to ensure excellent outcomes for all students
- Inspire, support, and develop a team of dedicated teachers through effective coaching and line management
- Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions to raise attainment
