Key Responsibilities Supervise classes across a range of subjects during teacher absences. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep students engaged in their learning. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support students with their work and follow school policies. Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate staff members. Requirements Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential. Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills. A confident, calm and professional approach. Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups.
