A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Edgware is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their supportive team immediately. About the Role
You will be teaching within a specialist SEN provision supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and moderate learning difficulties. The school places a strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and relationship-based practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
- Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and the SENCO
- Monitoring progress and adapting learning strategies to meet pupil needs
- Supporting pupils' emotional regulation and social development
- Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers
