About the Role

  • Work on a 1:1 and small group basis, implementing tailored ABA programmes designed around individual EHCP targets.
  • Deliver structured ABA sessions following individual behaviour and learning plans.
  • Support pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and social development.
  • Collect data and monitor progress against targets.
  • Work closely with the SENCO, Behaviour Analysts, and Teaching Staff.
  • Support pupils’ emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and predictable learning environment.
