The Role

Lead classes in teacher absence, delivering pre-prepared lessons

Keep pupils engaged and on task; uphold behaviour policies

Maintain a safe, positive learning environment

Provide brief feedback to teaching staff

Must-Haves

Right to work in the UK

Strong behaviour management and calm under pressure

Ability to support pupils with SEN

Flexibility & adaptability (think on your feet)

Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)

Overseas police check if abroad 6+ months in last 5 years

London-based or within a commutable distance

Pay & Benefits

£110–£130 per day (flexible daily cover)
