The role supports autistic adults aged 19 to 25, with learners spending time in the community to build communication and work skills. ABA-based teaching is delivered with support from the clinical team.
You will work one-to-one and in small groups, delivering programmes and helping learners gain practical life skills, using signing and visuals to support communication.
