We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and proactive Learning Mentor with ELSA training to support the social, emotional, and academic development of our pupils. The successful candidate will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
- Deliver ELSA interventions tailored to individual pupils, helping them develop emotional literacy, resilience, and self-confidence.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support for pupils' well-being.
- Monitor pupil progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and supportive school environment.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
