About the Role
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for science. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Chemistry lessons
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum
- Support extracurricular activities, such as STEM clubs or enrichment programmes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level (including A-Level desirable)
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
