About the Role
- Work on a 1:1 and small group basis, implementing tailored ABA programmes designed around individual EHCP targets.
- Deliver structured ABA sessions following individual behaviour and learning plans.
- Support pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and social development.
- Collect data and monitor progress against targets.
- Work closely with the SENCO, Behaviour Analysts, and Teaching Staff.
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
- Create a safe, engaging, and predictable learning environment.
