We are seeking a highly driven Digital Transformation Sales Consultant to lead the growth of our digital solutions portfolio. This role focuses on helping clients modernise their operations, adopt new technologies, and accelerate business performance through innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong business acumen, comfortable engaging with C‑suite stakeholders and shaping strategic transformation conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of digital transformation opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand clients’ operational challenges, technology landscape, and strategic objectives.
- Digital Transformation Advisory
- Translate business needs into tailored solutions across areas such as workflow automation, cloud solutions, AI-driven process optimisation, data analytics, and customer experience platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions, define deliverables, and ensure proposals meet client requirements.
- Present compelling demonstrations, value propositions, and ROI models to senior stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management
