Our Client is a leading manufacturer of domestic / residential heat pumps.
They now need to identify a Technical Support Advisor to handle both pre and post technical enquiries (such as fault finding) in order to support a large team of installers and Engineers.
The ideal candidate will have 'hand-on' experience in the domestic heating sector although heat pump experience is not required as full product training will be given to support your journey to become a heat pump expert.
You may have recently completed your apprenticeship or perhaps you are looking to come off 'the tools' into an office environment where you can use your experience to support others - either way if you have an understanding of the relevant regulations in the heating sector, we would love to hear from you.
If you can bring the following experience and a salary of between £35k-£40K appeals, then apply today: Excellent IT, organisational, communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus.
Experience in fault diagnosis would be advantageous.

Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Ability to accurately interpret and communicate manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards.
Knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations and Code of Practice in relation to plumbing, heating and electrical.
Theoretical and/or practical heat pump experience would be beneficial but not essential.
