We are working with a Global Leader of pump technology who now need to appoint a Sales Leader to drive the success of the business throughout the UK & EMEA region. Our Client operates throughout the HVAC sector with this role having specific focus on the fire protection vertical within high-value commercial construction sectors, such as Data Centers.

This role will drive the organisation’s commercial strategy and delivery across the UK/CE region by aligning global growth objectives with local fire market dynamics, developing a scalable go-to-market approach, strengthening key customer relationships, and ensuring effective sales execution in complex, regulated, and specification-driven markets. The role also leads all Fire Systems commercial activity across UK/CE, working closely with global teams, supporting regional sales leaders, engaging regulators and authorities, and reinforcing the company’s position within the fire protection and life safety sectors. Based in the UK with approximately 70% travel across UK/CE/MEA.

About you:

  • Either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree qualified
  • Extensive experience in a commercial leadership role within the fire protection, life safety or related industry market across EMEA
  • Strong understanding of FM/UL approval systems, regional fire codes (e.g., EN12845, LPCB, NFPA), and the design-to-approval lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire protection system design, fire pump integration, and multi-zone life safety systems
  • Demonstrated delivery of sales targets, individually and team target
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action
  • Strong executive presence with collaborative leadership style and cross-cultural agility
