Our Client is a European leader in high end heating & ventilation solutions for residential & light commercial projects.
They now need to identify a National Sales Manger to lead their Framework & Distribution sales channels
Leading a team of 6 Area Sales Managers you will have excellent contacts with the National & Regional House Builders, along with the National Wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Work with the Commercial Director to set and execute sales and service objectives that align with the company\’s strategic plan in terms of service delivery, revenue and profitability.
- Define the strategic agenda for the Framework & Distribution team in conjunction with the Commercial Sales Director.
- Develop and maintain a scalable field sales structure capable of delivering growth targets and superior customer service.
- Convert strategic business goals into measurable targets for managers and individuals to ensure consistent performance delivery.
- Champion the company\’s vision, values and culture across the Framework & Distribution division.
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Lead the delivery of the Single Family and Multi Family homes strategy through Area Managers, National Managers, Product Management and Marketing teams.
- Manage, monitor and elevate Area Manager performance using C4C, KPIs and structured reviews to ensure targets are exceeded.
- Oversee key accounts and framework agreements, ensuring strong relationship development, opportunity management and progression through relationship maturity pathways.
- Proactively develop new high‐level relationships with owners, developers, architects, interior designers, property developers and national merchant partners.
- Maintain and annually review preferred supplier and framework agreements to maximise opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
The Salary on offer is up to £83K base, 30% Bonus scheme, Executive electric car and a full package.
