Our Client is a Global leader (manufacturer) in the field of fluid flow technology within the Commercial HVAC sector. With a portfolio of pumps, pressurisation units, booster sets, heat exchangers and bespoke package systems for all Commercial HVAC projects, they now need to identify a 'Head of UK Sales'. Applications are welcome from experienced candidates living within a commutable distance from Manchester.

Ideally your experience will contain the vital elements of the role in order to deliver the continued growth our Client is looking to achieve:

  • Strong Mechanical / HVAC technical knowledge.
  • Experience in the specification route to market through M&E Consultants / D&B Contractors.
  • Successful experience in leading & managing a remote sales team throughout the UK.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycle on large Commercial HVAC projects.
  • Experience in working with a solution / value based proposition as opposed to a 'catalogue' portfolio.
  • Demonstrable experience in tracking customer sales performance and forecasting future sales.
