Your Client is a well respected and established supplier of critical HVAC (Heating, Cooling, Plumbing) ancillary equipment/items. Due to continued growth over the past 50 years, they are now expanding their product management team and would like to identify 2 x product managers to join their team at an exciting time in the next stage of their growth strategy. The 2 new roles will be responsible for the following product groups:
- Plant room equipment, valves and heat exchangers
- Pipe (all types including press-fit) and fittings
Both of these roles are brand new growth roles and have been designed to create growth of both product areas in line with the Company Strategy, utilizing knowledge and experience of the products and mechanical systems, the market, regulations and standards and competitive products to provide a high level of technical competency. The Company has HQ facilities in West Sussex and the roles can be carried out on a Hybrid basis. As such, a generous car allowance is included within the package, as well as a salary of up to £70k (DOE), a Group profit related bonus plus an individual performance bonus based on turnover of your product group. Other benefits include pension scheme, 25 days holiday, etc.
Requirements:
Whilst product management experience from the heating, plumbing or cooling sectors would be a distinct advantage, we are open to candidates from the wider building products sector.
