We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst or Consultant to join our Strategic Services team. This is an experienced hire position for candidates with prior life sciences or healthcare strategy consulting experience who are ready to take a hands-on role in shaping and delivering Integrated Evidence Generation Plans and Medical strategy engagements.
The role offers the opportunity to work within a small, entrepreneurial consulting team with direct client exposure from day one. Senior Analysts and Consultants operate in a dynamic working environment that blends flexible remote work with time spent working from our London office, alongside travel to client sites in the United States. The role provides a steep learning curve, early responsibility, and meaningful ownership across client engagements, making it well suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
As a Senior Analyst or Consultant, you will play a central role in developing strategic plans and supporting follow-through and implementation. You will execute projects that combine strategic insight with tech-forward solutions to deliver end-to-end, decision-ready outputs for clients. The role requires intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, creativity, and structured strategic thinking, with strong client engagement and clear opportunities for professional growth as a trusted extension of client teams.
Required Background and Experience- Prior experience in life sciences or healthcare strategy consulting is required
- Demonstrated experience delivering Integrated Evidence Plans and Medical strategy plans
- Candidates without strategy consulting experience in the life sciences will not be considered
- UK based, with eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- STEM degree from a research-intensive, top-ranked institution
- 1-3 years of full-time strategy or management consulting experience within life sciences
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Highly driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working through ambiguity with analytical rigor
- Structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate well-reasoned, strategic recommendations
- Growth-oriented mindset with interest in developing alongside a scaling firm
- Lead and support solution-oriented discussions with cross-functional client teams to diagnose strategic challenges and develop recommendations
- Own and execute core workstreams within Integrated Evidence Plans and Medical strategy engagements
- Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data using structured consulting frameworks
- Synthesize insights into clear, concise, and decision-oriented recommendations
- Develop and deliver high-quality client leadership presentations
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
- Experience delivering integrated strategic engagements, including Integrated Evidence Plans, Medical strategy planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, Asset and portfolio planning, and Integrated scientific communication strategies
- Experience working with Global or US Medical, HEOR, RWE, or Market Access teams
- Ability to engage confidently with academic and industry literature and apply evidence critically
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a focus on structured storytelling and executive-ready outputs
- Strong Excel skills for well-organized analytical models
- Proven ability to capture, synthesize, and translate client discussions into high-quality strategic deliverables
- Prior experience in neuroscience, oncology, and or rare diseases is strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic with a high level of self-motivation and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced consulting environment with high expectations
