About Princeton Biopartners
We are a best-in-class consulting partner to the life sciences sector, working exclusively with mid and large pharma on strategy services and software solutions. We are a tech and AI-first firm, and that shows up in how we work and in Evexa, our flagship product built to systematize evidence and medical affairs planning. We operate cross-functionally with our clients, playing the synthesis and critical role: taking the data and market research they generate, shaping it into strategic narratives in partnership with their VPs and Directors, and then designing workshops and other methods to build consensus and drive the investment decisions that move therapies closer to their goals, and closer to the patients who need them. Our clients treat us as an extension of their own teams, and we hold one of the highest retention rates in the industry. We are growing on the back of strong demand, and we are hiring exceptional people to grow with us.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Strategic Services team and help shape and deliver Asset Strategy, Integrated Evidence Generation Plans, and Medical strategy engagements. You will work directly with clients, build real relationships with senior stakeholders, and lead workstreams end to end rather than waiting for instructions. We are a small, entrepreneurial team, which means your work is visible, your impact is real, and you will grow faster here than you would in a larger firm. We look for people who are genuinely self-directed, proactive, and take pride in getting the details right.
The role blends flexible remote work with travel to client sites in the US. In London, you will have access to attractive workspaces through our memberships at the Pavilion Members Club, with an office in Fulham plus Knightsbridge and City locations, and the Six Senses Members Club in Notting Hill.
What You Will Do
- Lead discussions with cross-functional client teams to diagnose strategic challenges and shape recommendations
- Own and deliver core workstreams across Asset Strategy, Integrated Evidence Plans, and Medical Strategy engagements, end to end
- Turn complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, decision-ready recommendations
- Build and deliver executive-ready client presentations
- Use AI fluently within your workflow to work faster and raise the quality of what you produce
- Help refine our internal methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Support business development through proposals and client pitches
- Support and guide junior colleagues
What You Will Bring
- 4 to 5+ years in strategy or management consulting within life sciences or healthcare
- Direct experience delivering Integrated Evidence Plans and Medical strategy work
- A track record of owning client relationships and delivering projects end to end
- A STEM degree from a research-intensive institution
- A self-directed working style and a strong sense of ownership
- Genuine attention to detail and a high personal bar for quality
- Comfort leading client calls and building trusted senior relationships
- Comfort using AI to augment your effectiveness (this matters to us)
- Clear, structured thinking and strong written and verbal communication
- The composure to work through ambiguity with analytical rigor
- UK based, with eligibility to work in the UK
Nice to Have
- Experience with Global or US Medical, Commercial, HEOR, RWE, or Market Access teams
- Background in neuroscience, oncology, and/or rare diseases
- Experience across Quarterly Business Reviews, portfolio planning, and integrated scientific communication strategies
- Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel
What We Offer
- Base salary of £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience
- Up to 15 percent performance-based bonus
- Unlimited annual leave
- Flexible working with international travel
- Co-working space budget
- Ongoing professional development
