The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

We require a well-qualified, enthusiastic and energetic graduate to teach Spanish from September 2026. The ability to teach Spanish to Key Stage 5 is essential. In addition, the ability to teach French to at least Key Stage 3 would be an advantage but not essential. We welcome applicants looking for either a part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Spanish across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 with the aim of motivating and inspiring pupils of all ranges of ability.
  • Stimulate further interest in the subject through extra-curricular clubs and events.
  • Demonstrate success in the classroom and be an effective team player.
  • Be prepared to teach French to KS3 if able, as an additional capability (not essential).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduates (ECTs and more established teachers are welcome).
  • Comprehensive induction programme leading to full QTS status.
  • Willingness to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
  • Commitment to equal opportunities and safeguarding.
