Required to start mid to late August 2026, we seek to recruit a part‑time, all year round Office Assistant to join our friendly and professional team to assist with the administration and organisational requirements of the College. Alongside other Front of House staff, the post holder is responsible for the day to day running of the busy Front of House.
The position involves a mixture of comprehensive administrative support and general duties, mostly focusing on supporting the Facilities team. Collaborative support of the College Receptionist and Front of House/Office Supervisor, including covering where necessary, is also a key requisite of this role.
This is a 20 hour a week role, working all year round. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1.30pm.
The starting salary for this role is between D5 to D12 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale, currently £25,106.25 to £27,074.58 per annum full‑time equivalent including holiday pay (actual salary £13,390.00 to £14,439.78 per annum including holiday pay) by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

Foundation schools are usually closed between Christmas and New Year. The three days between Christmas and New Year are currently classed as closure days and will not impact holiday entitlement. When Christmas Eve falls on a weekday this will be classed as a Family and Friends Day; staff contracted to work this day will not be required to attend on site.
