Princess Motor Yacht Sales is the world’s largest dealer and distributor of the Princess brand of luxury motor yachts from 39ft – 95ft. Alongside Argo Yachting, a dealer for Galeon Yachts, Pardo Yachts, Saxdor and Greenline Yachts, we are an expanding, fast-paced business, with a desire to take our digital marketing to the next level.
We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing and content specialist who can help us bring the yacht ownership dream to life, through planning, creating and managing the content for our email, social media platforms, email marketing and other digital channels.
This is a hands-on role in which you will be responsible for building, creating and scheduling content across our key digital channels in order to drive engagement, and optimise customer lifecycle journeys.
You need a flair for writing and a desire to work within the exciting marine leisure environment, where you can stretch your creative wings.
With a strong work ethic, the successful candidate will be able demonstrate previous experience in creating fresh new content, have an understanding of search engine marketing, and be well versed in social media content creation and advertising. Most importantly, you will be highly analytical, with the ability to plan and measure digital marketing activity that will deliver results.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role will suit someone who has a solid background in digital marketing an interest in yachts and yachting, and is ready to take the next step.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement an overall digital and social media content plan in line with business and departmental objectives.
- Using your creative skills, write, design, manage and deliver a weekly schedule of marketing emails, using your analytical skills to measure and improve open and click through rates.
- Plan and build automated journeys, such as welcome emails, follow-ups after purchase, and reactivation emails.
- Working with colleagues from around the business, curate, create, and manage high-quality, on-brand social media content tailored for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and Pinterest)
- Develop and manage a yearly content calendar which includes a mix of evergreen and campaign-driven content to support marketing and business objectives.
- Create visually engaging and impactful posts through the use of design and video content creation.
- Leverage industry news, manufacturer developments and product launches and competitor analysis to stay ahead in content innovation.
- Monitor and report on social performance, using your knowledge of social media algorithms to maximise user engagement.
- Actively engage with follows, respond to comments/messages and foster vibrant online community.
- Design and execute digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Support the Group Marketing Manager, and Marketing Executive in developing high quality creative content for the company’s website – in-line with SEO objectives.
- Report on results and ROI across all multi-channel marketing campaigns including (SEO, website, social media, email, adwords and banner campaigns).
- Evaluate the success of all digital marketing activities and make any necessary improvements, utilising tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Consult with external agencies, designers and artwork providers as required.
