We are looking for a Marine Service Advisor with previous experience in the yachting industry and a proven ability to advise clients on the best solutions for boat repair, maintenance, and retrofitting.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and advisory skills, with the ability to guide clients toward the most suitable solutions for their boat’s maintenance and repairs

Key responsibilities
- Ensure all work is communicated to both retail customers and internal departments in a timely manner
- Provide customer/Internal department estimates according to company policy schedules, time, and pricing
- To ensure all completed work is invoiced within 24 hours of completion
- To use manufacturer systems to claim any warranty work for the Princess and Argo brands
- To liaise with departmental managers daily
- Prepare and present invoices and obtain payment in line with company procedures
- Maintain and update database with boat and customer details
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in accordance with company policy
