We are looking to welcome an E-Commerce Assistant to join our friendly, forward‑thinking Digital team that’s shaping how guests interact with our brand online. The Role

We’re focused on enhancing the guest experience through smart, innovative digital solutions that deliver holiday happiness and support strong commercial growth. Reporting to our Senior Executive, E-commerce, you will support key website campaigns, including new cruise launches, limited‑time offers and special fare types. You will also play a key role in our day‑to‑day merchandising and trading activity, working closely with colleagues across Digital, Marketing, Revenue Management, IT and our international markets.

  • Support merchandising and campaign tactics to meet revenue goals.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights.
  • Partner with international teams to deliver the right approach for each campaign.
  • Assist with launching new products across our global websites.

This is a CUK14, full‑time, permanent role with hybrid working from our Southampton office (up to two days from home).
