This pivotal role will involve:
- Leading the implementation, commissioning, and support of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) systems across the fleet.
- Conducting vibration analysis and troubleshooting of complex machinery issues.
- Collaborating with shipboard and shore-based teams to enhance asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Travelling extensively (more than 50% of the time) to support shipboard operations globally.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What You'll Bring

- VA CAT II – Intermediate Vibration Analyst certification (internationally recognised standard) – Essential
- Proficiency in CBM technologies such as Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, and Performance Measurement.
- Experience with CBM data collection and analytics tools (e.g., Mimic, Emerson CSI2130/2140).
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to train and support shipboard teams.
