Princess Alice Hospice is a charity dedicated to supporting people through life, death and grief across Kingston, Richmond and large parts of Surrey. Our clinical teams play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care, and we are looking for a part-time Clinical Administrator to support our busy multidisciplinary teams. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your administrative and communication skills in a role where you can see the difference you make every day. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team committed to putting patients, families and carers at the heart of everything we do.
About the role
Working three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility to cover annual leave), this office-based role provides essential administrative support to our clinical services. You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day coordination of patient-related administration and will act as a key point of contact for patients, families and carers. You will liaise regularly with colleagues across the hospice, manage urgent information sensitively and accurately, and remain calm and professional in what can be fast-paced and demanding situations. Strong organisation, clear communication and excellent attention to detail are essential.
