We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Retail Sales Assistant to join our Croydon retail team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As our Retail Sales Assistant , you will help deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor and support the Shop Manager to generate and maximise income for the Hospice. You will welcome customers, help create an engaging shopping environment and play an important part in turning donated goods into funds for our care. Your day-to-day work will include coordinating, displaying and pricing donated goods with guidance from the Shop Manager, promoting Gift Aid and supporting fundraising initiatives. This is a part-time role based in our Croydon shop, offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. What you will bring as a Retail Sales Assistant: A friendly, enthusiastic approach and a commitment to excellent customer service. The ability to work well with customers, volunteers, colleagues and the Shop Manager. A practical, organised approach to sorting, pricing and displaying donated goods. Confidence promoting Gift Aid and supporting fundraising initiatives. You must be at least 18 years old, as the role involves lone working.
