Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) is recruiting two preceptorship support midwives for the maternity service to lead and maintain the preceptorship programme. You will work with the MDT to support newly qualified midwives and help them reach Band 6 competencies.
The role includes direct line management, clinical skills teaching and supervision, with a varied shift pattern. This is a fixed term contract for maternity leave with a focus on ensuring high-quality, evidence-based midwifery
