The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) is seeking an exceptional senior clinical leader to join our Board as an Associate Non-Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic leadership, governance and future direction of a major NHS organisation serving communities across West Essex and East Hertfordshire. We are particularly interested in individuals with significant experience in nursing, maternity services or an allied health profession, who can bring independent thinking, constructive challenge and sound judgement to Board discussions.

NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
