We are seeking an exceptional finance leader to join our team as Head of Financial Services - a key senior role responsible for financial control, statutory reporting, treasury and capital. This is a unique opportunity to influence decision‑making at Executive and Board level while leading a high‑performing, forward‑thinking finance function.

You will:
- Lead financial accounting, control, treasury and capital functions
- Deliver statutory accounts and high‑quality reporting
- Provide assurance to the Audit Committee and Board
- Lead and develop a talented finance team
You will be a CCAB‑qualified accountant with strong NHS finance experience and a passion for delivering high‑quality financial information. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your career at a senior leadership level, with exposure to Executive and Board decision‑making and experience across financial control, governance, treasury and capital. You may already be operating at this level or looking to broaden your experience in a supportive and forward‑thinking finance team, where you will play a key role in shaping the Trust’s financial strategy and developing others.
