Role Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team here at Princes Long Sutton. This is an exciting time to join our business as it continues to grow and evolve following a £80m site investment - we are in a period of unprecedented transformation.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Factory General Manager, this role will have responsibility for proactively planning, controlling and coordinating all aspects of the site’s Engineering function to ensure optimum equipment performance efficiency as part of the overall sites performance measures. The role will also have responsibility for executing the Capital portfolio plan for the site. All practices must be implemented and operate within Health, Safety.
