Position: Raising Achievement Officer
Full time (part time may be considered). Permanent. Workload: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
Salary: £24,623‑£26,412 (BS112) – full time equivalent £29,114‑£31,230.
Start date: September 2026. Closing date: Friday 19 June 2026 at 12 noon.
Responsibilities- Support students in their learning.
- Liaise with staff and external agencies as required to meet students’ needs.
- Build and maintain constructive, professional relationships with parents, students, staff, governors and external agencies.
- Collaborate with an enthusiastic team and adopt a flexible approach to working.
- Good general level of education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, flexible, adaptable and resourceful qualities.
- IT competence with knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
